  - Foundations on densified soil
  - Tilt-up and cast in place shearwalls
  - Perimeter Moment frame system at fourth floor.
  - A sloped east wall, from ground level to 3rd level added to the many challenges of the project
  - Structural Steel floors and roof
  - 2 level concrete parkade (stand alone, not attached to building)
  - Geothermal heating system
